RETURN POLICY
Formal Edge provides customers with a 2 week quality assurance warranty. Meaning, if a customer purchases a defective product within the first 2 weeks of buying it, then they will receive a full refund that is guaranteed.
PAYMENT METHOD
Formal Edge does not grant our customers to purchase products online. The purpose of the online website is to allow our customers see what is in stock within the store so they could hold the item of their choice and purchase it physically in the store. With this system the customer is allowed to make sure the item they want to purchase is available along with trying on the product in store before making the purchase. When making a purchase in stores we accept all credit and debit cards along with cash. However, we do not accept checks.
